Angelo, Maura and the rest of the crew might look like they are yawning, but they are just very happy that Barcelona won 2-0. They only time I saw Angelo that excited was when Greece won the Euro Cup... Good thing he didn't score the first page with that one, there was a bit too much Ouzo in his system for him to be a good cover boy. Héhé.

Lots of people showed mad love for Narcy today...Launch party still bumping as I write this post, Dj Static on the decks...Narcy's wife artwork on the walls...equals cope the album! Illuminarcy! + Its Narcy's birthday! Happy B-Day man!

Our man Narcy is having his album launch tonight at the OTH Gallery. He's been working hard to get this up so come down and support. Its from 7PM til infinity...

The 996 is a shoe that is preferred by runners and has been around since the 90s. Anyways most New Balance, in general ,are good for running and are built for it. A lot of them got that ankle support and the comfort that goes with it. My gym teacher back in elementary used to rock that all the time, or most gym teachers. Anyways, we got in one colorway of the 996 Pantone Pack. The red ones! They are a beauty...

Mardi matin, c'était la journée Grafika au Hyatt. Nos amis 123Klan a invité moi et Vince pour la conférence. Ils ont fait un gros survol de leur travail et une description de 123Klan. C'était très intéressant. Ils ont récemment sortie leurs nouvelles collections de t-shirt Banditism(été 2009). Disponible au Off The Hook!

Ce Samedi 16 Mai, Le Off The Hook reçoit FAKER en exposition à la gallerie. Il fait plutôt une installation. De 19h à 22h, entièrement gratuit. Les mecs de Clark Magazine débarquent aussi en ville. La France débarque, Orgasmic, Cuizi Cuiz et Genevan Heathen viennent faire le after-party de l'expo. la même soirée.

Growing up, I loved magazines. I learned so much about artists, brands, bands... and photos, love that stuff, especially black and white. Magazines cost a lot of money man, when you sit there and count. I would steal them from Harry since he lived next door to my house. Funny enough, Harry never played sports or video games with us [the little cousins]. He started working at an early age; dude always had cash, and a sick ride.

Harry had picked up a Pioneer sound system, and had tons of CD's... I'd go over, hang out in his basement, listen to music and devour his magazine collection... I'd absorb the whole vibe man, get to know about shit. I did my share of homework, trust me.

In today's world, you can find so much shit on the internet. Like I can think of someone, put his name in Google + interview (I don't even need to spell his name right) and shit pops up with mad interviews. Laurent (Clark Magazine) got off the plane last night. He came in this morning and brought us a few passed issues and I noticed the Mike Giant cover...which is exactly the Venice Beach typography I was looking for the other day, I don't know why I didn't think of the GiantOne... Anyhow, Laurent is going to be working on a big installation at the Gallery for the "I AM THE BAND IN MTL V.I.IV" expo this Saturday. Everyone better be there, it's going to be bananas.

Here's a second look at the Vans authentic, which was part of Johnny's pick. The shoe is made with nubuck leather, which is a resistant to wear material, and gives the shoe a velvet look. Cowboys used this material, because it's lightweight and comfortable. Also, the shoe comes with thin laces rather than the usual thick ones, which makes the shoe more sophisticated.

I did a little pick for the growing fixed gear bicycle culture. We carry a few pieces that are inspired by it or is aiming directly to it.

We finally got some pouches by Stussy. Everyone's been asking for them, well here they are. Fits my blackberry Perfectly even though I'm not a pouch person...I could see this one happening.

Il se concentre beaucoup sur la typographie. Il va venir remplir les murs de notre gallery avec sa touche. Tout de suite après, il y a un after-party au Cabaret Juste Pour Rire.
