The illustrator and designer Parra presents a fine new collection from his clothing label Rockwell. This new collection offers playful and nicely unrefined t-shirt designs. This artist as globally recognized work for companies like Nike, Volkswagen, Vans, Incase, the Perfect Unison and Alife. The Dutch artist influence are mainly the early nineties skateboard scene and Peter Paul Ruben's paintings.

La collection printemps 2009 de la marque Montréalaise Rated Rookies est enfin disponible à la boutique. Les t-shirts sont plus astucieux que jamais, avec la collaboration de plusieurs artistes de poids. Visitez leur nouveau site web pour plus d'information: Rated Rookies. Stüssy débarque ce printemps avec une large sélection de nouveaux styles de vêtements pour hommes et pour femme. Cette collection inclue des t-shirts conçut par John Pound et Peter Bagge deux dessinateurs de bande dessinée. De plus, ayez un impact positif sur vous-même et sur votre entourage avec la casquette "Increase the Peace" de Stüssy.

Pour rajouter une nouvelle facette à sa personnalité multidimensionnelle : l'héritier Steve Aoki lance en 2006 sa compagnie de vêtements. Nommée DIM MAK en l'honneur de Bruce Lee, cette marque de vêtements comporte essentiellement des t-shirts qui incarnent le style de vie des DJs influents. La plus récente collection est maintenant offerte au Off The Hook.

Ok, while Harry was dipping his burger and hot dog in his poutine last night, Oli sent some info. So read the list cause it's hard to explain in one word:

1- LIFETIME is setting up a sweet concept. It's not a pop up shop, although it will have some clothing displayed.
2-LIFETIME is setting up an art concept, although it's not an actual art show. it's not in the gallery space. It's in the store.
3- LIFETIME's owners TREVOR and NICK (great soccer player by the way) from Vancouver will be there to host the event.
4- So it's a brand highlight/display/art show/contest/meet and greet/wine and music/ product launch for spring09/plus party at night.

So that's next at Thursday 7pm to 11pm. After party at Cafeteria. When Vincent comes in the office, he will post both sides of the flyer on our side bar, and the newsletter with contest will be launched later tonight. Both winners will be announced on Monday, prize is an outfit for boy and girl.

It was the official Toypunks volume 1 canadian screening last friday night in the Off The Hook gallery. thank you for the people that showed up and supported a great movie! Thank you to Justin Kovalsky of Toypunks to make it happen...

This friday the 13th, 2009 in the Off The Hook gallery. Les Enfants Terribles & Montreal Vinyl is presenting you the TOYPUNKS dvd volume 1. Toypunks is a collaboration between Justin Kovalsky and Chris Nelson.
