Two of our close friends started this new project with nothing less than Montreal's Cirque du Soleil. Focusing on the distinctive urban artists of a series of selected cities around the world, SAFEWALLS will commission daring and original alternative poster designs for Cirque du Soleil shows. Go check out their website here. They recently did this video interview with Angelo & Harry to discuss about the shop's close relation with street art.

Big things are coming with Vans and Off The Hook, you might have heard a little bit about it between the branches. Vans teamed up with Tommy Guerrero to let him design two shoes from the Syndicate line. Him being an OG, he went for the all black look. They made a really nice video that is true to his lifestyle in San Fransisco: skateboarding and music.

Once again we teamed up with the guys at OBEY for a collaboration sure to make your ears bleed.
From it's humble beginnings as a one man street artist to the iconic giant that OBEY has become, music has
always played a very important role in the direction and influence of the brand.

Obey Your Music will serve as a showcase to the best up and coming bands in Montreal and we figured
the best way to start this was with a banger. Barn Burner, local riff masters who recently
signed to Metal Blade records will start off the series with a live performance in our third floor gallery
on Thursday January 27th.

This will set the beginning of a series of shows held at our gallery every 2 months. The gallery will be open at 8PM for you guys to hang out and refresh before the show that will start at 9PM and will end before 10PM. Check out the blog for updates on upcoming events.

BARN BURNER on Thursday, January 27th 2011.
Here is a little video to help you guys familiarize a bit with the band!
